Professor of History Michael Loughlin presented a paper on Saturday April 9, 2011 at the Ohio Academy of History’s annual spring conference. The title of Loughlin’s paper was: : “Antimilitarism in France before World War I: Gustave Hervé and the Affiche Rouge of 1905.”
Dr. Robert Waters also served as a moderator for a panel at the OAH Conference.
