Professor Alexander Op-Ed in Cleveland Plain Dealer

Dr. Alexander continues his efforts to educate the public about the mysterious Electoral College.  This time his forum is the Opinion Pages of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.  In his opinion piece titled "Our Vote Goes to College: Who Are the Electors?"
